What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a traditional medicine that originated in China thousands of years ago. The method involves inserting very fine needles into various parts of the body to promote healing, health and equilibrium.

Acupuncture is approved by current NHS NICE clinical guidelines for therapeutic and preventative purposes and is considered a very safe therapy, especially when carried out by a qualified practitioner.
I am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC). Take a look at their website for additional information.
